Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested first—items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at kindnesscollectiveph@gmail.com, including clear photos if available.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
